NOTÍCIES METAVERSE: La raó per la qual les terres altes constantment sota promeses i sobre-entrega!

In this Metaverse News, at this moment everyone is pretty familiar with Upland Metaverse and the fact that it has just under 250,000 unique land owners as of Upland’s Genesis week as confirmed by Idan, with a clear eye on 1 Million from Idan Zuckerman, Co-Founder of Upland.

Com a persona que ha estat a les terres altes i fa molt de temps que segueix les terres altes. Preguem fer aquesta pregunta:

“Why does Upland consistently underpromise and overachieve? What are the team doing that puts them a class apart from the ‘hyped metaverses’ and why its a benefit?”

It helps, and they do accept crytpo using Tilia Pay, however at the same time, they do not alienate folks who are not comfortable with using crypto and thus allow using Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Banking, or various other Mobile payment Gateways using PayPal, Apple Appstore, Google Play Store. Upland is ironically one of the few Metaverses because of this factor that which has a diverse Demographic – be it age, background, country, religion – Fiat on-ramp and Off-Ramp is paying Dividends to Upland Metaverse.

   

2. 1 Terra gratuïtament per a tothom i tothom:
   Upland ha estat durant molt de temps un defensor d'un dels seus principis més forts, que és que cada jugador hauria de rebre almenys una terra gratuïta quan arribin a la comunitat de metavers de les terres altes i s'espera que afegeixin almenys una mica de diners del seu final o guanyin per obtenir-los. el seu valor net a 10.000 UPX per convertir-se en Uplander. The majority of UCN (Upland Community Network) moderators and the Upland team are pretty nice and open folks who welcome and would acknowledge a few faults and shortcomings in the Upland Metaverse and we acknowledge it, the team doesnt try to hide it. For example, we are NOT able to rent out land to a third party the team is working on it, if someone is impatient and going off insulting someone for not providing it despite the team acknowledging yes, its in the pipeline but would take a few months then that’s just being horrible. The Upland team is trying their best, are they perfect? Absolutely, No! but you know what they Deliver on everything they promise, they may take time, which is fine, but they ALWAYS DELIVER!

   

   

5. L'equip està Doxxed:
   Coneixem clarament l'equip executiu des de Yat Siu, Dirk Lueth, Idan Zuckerman, Mani Honigstein fins a Kai Bolik, Riz Virk i Michael Terpin. A l'equip: David, Timur, Shelby, Kelsey, Nicolas, Lindsay, Tommaso, Danny, Danial, John S., Sam, John A., Juan, Tati, Lisette i molts més, malauradament només hem esmentat els amb qui hem parlat, però reconeixem que hi ha un gran equip executant i mantenint les terres altes increïbles. No podríem enumerar tothom, però hi ha hagut un nombre absolutament sorprenent de membres de l'equip de l'equip de les terres altes i dels líders de la comunitat que no són ni més ni menys que cavallers amb una armadura brillant que ens beneeixen en silenci sense cap reconeixement públic dia rere dia, i nosaltres a El Metaverse Street Journal reconèixer-los i respectar-los. Són els herois silenciosos que mantenen el Metavers en moviment.

   

6. UPX NO és un Crypto i s'allunyen de la SEC i la seva potencial ira:
   Cada vegada que la criptografia està en crisi, la gent sempre agraeix a les seves estrelles vivents que Upland no sigui una criptografia cotitzada. Es necessita una mirada més profunda per entendre per què UPX no és una moneda criptogràfica. Comença amb el fet que en el moment que ho fas et poses a la línia de tir del govern, especialment del DOJ i la SEC a Amèrica. Upland s'arriscaria a enfrontar-se al pes de la seva ira sense cap motiu. També podeu tenir el mateix a Upland, però amb molts menys especuladors i pirates informàtics que no són capaços d'aprofitar-se tant. Per tant, tot plegat, UPX no és un Crypto a la llista, és una característica no un error com s'ha demostrat una i altra vegada.

   

7. Dècades d'experiència combinada de Dirk Lueth, Idan Zuckerman, Mani Honigstein i Yat Siu:
   It takes some Due Diligence skills to acknowledge and find out that Dirk Lueth, Idan Zuckerman, Mani Honigstein & Yat Siu have been at the forefront of their respective Niche. Upland Founders have been thought leaders in the gaming as well as the casino industry, and Yat Siu of Animoca Brands has been head of Atari for Germany. It doesn’t take one to be a rocket scientist to realize that team is literally one of the most humble and smartest shop on the block and just the executives combined bring a few decades of experience to the table.

At this time, everyone in Upland is thanking their lucky stars for the genius leadership of our very own 4 Horsemen – Dirk, Idan, Mani, and Yat each one complementing one other. In fact, their points about the reason why it’s not tradeable security are 100% valid.Listing UPX attracts added government scrutiny with not enough risk-to-reward ratio. Also, listing UPX alienates, everyone who is not a crypto maxi. Who wants to be part of technological advancement without being at the mercy of speculators. Finally, it’s not listed to not allow speculators and hackers to exploit the Upland economy and community, similar to how we have recently seen with Ronin Attacks on Axie Infinity (another Animoca Brands portfolio company) and STEPN

   

10. Col·laboració amb Cathy Hackl i altres líders de pensament de Metaverse
    Everyone in the Upland community who has been here for a while knows that the book “Navigating the Metaverse: A Guide to Limitless Possibilities in a Web 3.0 World” was co-authored by 5 authors. 4 of which are from the Upland community and Cathy Hackl.
    It doesn’t take a genius to realize why the “Grandmother of the Metaverse” is working with Upland Metaverse.

    

11. Els passos diaris del nadó condueixen a un canvi de paradigma a llarg termini:
    Upland takes small steps on a very regular basis to create a long-term lasting impact. Instead of trying to offer the next world’s greatest wonder the week after they are very realistic and do small but significant baby steps on an almost daily basis that snowball into something huge and in the end they create a new paradigm shift. Whether it’s a new city release, cars, 3D they are always at the forefront of innovation in the metaverse.

    

12. Escolten a la comunitat (de vegades necessitem repetir-nos moltes vegades, però finalment ens escolten)
    Upland escolta la comunitat, ja siguin cotxes, serveis públics, intercanvi d'espurnes, fiat, bonificació d'inici de sessió diària. Els executius d'Upland sempre escolten la comunitat i això es nota. De fet, pots enviar-los per DM i sí, pot trigar una mica a respondre, però sempre ho fan.

13. Tenen un equip divers
    Upland té un equip divers i ho demostra, no només des de diferents orígens, sinó fins i tot des de diverses perspectives i diferents àmbits de la vida. Amb dos equips internacionals confirmats a Ucraïna i Brasil. Segurament, tenen una manera molt global i inclusiva de créixer i construir el Metavers Upland

    

14. Valors de les terres altes, persones que desafien les seves perspectives en lloc d'homes o dones sí i ho demostra en la composició del seu equip:
    Whether you look at the Brazil team, Squallmuzza or GeneralMort, LightitUpDan or Sheebaverse or Lisette, or X1 or Tati or any of the other team members. Seldom can people say they are the same “yes men and women” that toe the party line. They all seem like controlled healthy rebels – that challenge the status quo and therefore deliver excellence. For anyone who attended or watched the Genesis week events. Each one of the team members is a community leader in their own regard. Be it twitch streams with Squallmuzza & Dan or YouTube with X1 & General Mort. They are leaders of their own Micro Department in their own Regards and the best thing is that it shows!

    

15. Els executius d'Upland deixen que l'equip sigui creatiu i només donen instruccions macro en lloc de microgestionar:
    Aquesta és la fortalesa de David vs Goliath d'una startup en la qual Upland està elaborant estratègia, deixen que els membres del seu equip tinguin autonomia estratègica per ser creatius. Donen a l'equip línies vermelles bàsiques, però després d'això, l'equip és lliure d'executar-se dins d'aquestes baranes de la seva manera creativa i ser únic i innovador.

    

16. Comunitat de les terres altes:
    Permeten a la comunitat adoptar una posició de lideratge, especialment amb les eines de desenvolupament de tercers ara, ja siguin LoylDoyl o Uplando o RadishHead o Mossijake o House of Spark. Upland intenta ajudar en lloc de ser un obstacle en el camí de la innovació. La majoria dels altres Metaversos podrien aprendre això de les terres altes i actuar amb i per a la comunitat en lloc d'imposar sempre la seva pròpia voluntat.

    

17. No tenen por de demanar ajuda
    Be it the hackathon, designing structural ornaments, cars, or Block Explorers. Upland isn’t afraid to raise their hand and say look people here is what we want to do, but we are not experts in this field will you help us? and that ties down to the humility of the executives as well as the team. They do ask for help, and help is indeed given by an absolutely amazing community. Instead of faking as a perfect demy god creator as if the team was the last angel god-made like most other Crypto, NFT, and Metaverse projects act like. Upland keeps it real. Upland has its good days, sometimes not-so-good days, and sometimes absolutely amazing days. Are they perfect? Far from it, but they are trying their best and they are letting us help them. So, let’s celebrate the Upland Team, the ENTIRE Upland Team all over the World! The people who keep the Metaverse going.

    

Dit això, aquí hi ha algunes coses que esperem que Upland tingui en compte, nosaltres a MSJ vam estar entre els primers usuaris de Clubhouse i vam veure que es transformava d'una comunitat de geek tecnològic marginal a una plataforma convencional. Aquí hi ha algunes coses que van fer que Upland seria prudent de replicar:

1. Ajuntament setmanal amb preguntes i respostes bidireccionals –
   Quan Paul, Rohan i Anu van començar això per al club, tots hi assistiríem religiosament. Ajuda a tenir una millor connexió amb el full de ruta i el desenvolupament de la plataforma. Upland hauria de tenir un ajuntament regular per discutir amb la comunitat, fins i tot els canvis més petits que està instituint upland, on els membres de la comunitat puguin presentar-se i potser explicar els seus problemes o suggeriments directament a l'equip executiu. No ha de ser un ajuntament setmanal massiu, sinó un ajuntament en el qual la comunitat pugui fer preguntes 1 a 1 de l'equip. Això afegeix confiança i un sentiment de comunitat/família, i la nostra aposta per El Metaverse Street Journal és que això també augmentarà els usuaris actius diaris!
2. Trobades compatibles amb Upland:
   Si Vegas ens va ensenyar alguna cosa que som éssers socials després de la pandèmia de COVID-19, estem desitjant una interacció real. No es necessita gaire per a una trobada liderada per la comunitat amb el suport de les terres altes. Ja sigui Londres, París, Dubai, Hong Kong, Delhi, Singapur o Sydney. Sempre podem començar a crear una experiència més que un joc. Això també ajudarà a Upland amb la seva estratègia d'expansió internacional, ja que ja teniu un equip preparat per ajudar-vos amb les vostres expansions internacionals. Us donem la benvinguda a la vostra estratègia d'expansió internacional Upland. Les trobades dirigides per la comunitat són el camí. Upland hauria de treballar amb ambaixadors de suport internacional que ajudin a construir una comunitat sòlida arreu del món. Un capítol local de cada ciutat central que té almenys una reunió cada mes. Això construeix una comunitat.

   

Mahatma Gandhi once said, “be the change you want to see”. Keeping in line with that, it is our aim to see a better and improved version of Upland. So, we try to make it a reality.
